About the workshops
How do I enrol?
Simply select the workshop(s) that you wish to enrol for and add them to your basket. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and joining instructions. Make sure to check your junk mail if this doesn’t come through soon after purchase.
Which platform will the workshops be held on?
We are using Zoom to hold all our online workshops.
When will the meeting links be sent out?
Joining instructions will be sent with your order confirmation email in the form of a PDF. Simply install Zoom to your computer or mobile device, follow the link on the PDF at the lesson start time and you will automatically join the workshop.
When will future workshops be announced?
Future workshops will be announced by email and on social media. Places are limited so make sure to sign up early once bookings are made available.
I am an adult learner. Can I still enrol?
Yes! Our workshops are suitable for private candidates, distance learners and homeschoolers of any age. It doesn’t matter whether you are taking your exams for the first time aged 16, or require a science qualification as part of a career move later in life – our workshops are for you.
What time will the workshops be held?
The start time will be stated on the workshop information page. All times are based on the UK timezone.
Who are the workshop leaders?
All workshops will be led by SwH Learning tutors that are specialists in the workshop field.
Will I be able to ask questions throughout the workshop?
Yes. Although all participants will be muted throughout, you can use the Zoom chat function to ask questions at any point to whichever course leader is monitoring the chat.
I am no longer able to make the workshop. Can I get a refund?
All course purchases are final. A refund will be offered on a discretionary basis only.
